    Deeper State Keto Meal Plans with Desserts

    Ideas for Deeper State Keto Meal Plans with Desserts

    I know that I have created Deeper State Keto meal plans before, however, I thought I would create more for you all. I posted a poll on my Instagram account and they wanted more of these meal plans. To spice things up, I thought I would have a dessert for every day on these meal plan ideas.

    Eating less than 10 total carbs a day has become second nature to me, even if I am not following the Deeper State Keto protocol. I love what I can eat. Eating this way makes life easier for me to not really having to count the carbs. Yet, on days I want to spread my wings more, I will pay more attention to those carbs.

    Deeper State Keto Meal Plan Help

    Protein in the Deeper State Keto Meal Plan

    Some people struggle to get the right amount of protein in while on the Deeper State Keto protocol. I do a few things to help with this. While I plan my days out, I will pick foods with protein that I may want for the day and work on hitting my protein grams. I then will add in fat to the day. I may add in some fat bombs or make my morning coffee extra fatty.

    Also, some people struggle with not consuming too much protein, they may go over on their protein. One way to combat this is to aim for fattier proteins, such as ground beef that is 80/20 or 73/27.  Another great protein source to enjoy on this program is sausage.

    Fat in the Deeper State Keto Meal Plan

    There are people who struggle with getting in all of the fat they need on this protocol, which is understandable. Crazy enough for me, I had no problems with it. A few ways to add more fat are to consume fattier cuts of meat and to add fats to your drinks. I also enjoyed coming up with new fat bombs. I feel in love with using cacao butter, especially in hot drinks. Keep in mind though, that depending on where you are currently in your fat percent, there may be some digestive adjustments you may run into. It’s okay and it will pass.

    Macro Nutrients

    I have decided to not calculate the macronutrients for these days as everyone’s macros will be different. These days will still give you some ideas. Even if you are not doing Deeper State Keto, these days can still give you some great ideas on how to stay under 10 total carbs. When you start the Deeper State Keto program your fat percent will be 80%. As time goes on, this percent may change.

    The Meal Plan Ideas

    Dessert Coffee Day

    Breakfast: White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Latte

    Okay, I know that it may not be pumpkin pie spice season. However, it still tastes amazing! The macros for this drink are as follows: 24 grams of fat, 0 grams of protein and 0.8 grams of carbs from the heavy whipping cream.

    Lunch: Bunless Cheeseburgers! Get ground beef that is higher in fats such as 80/20 or 73/27. If you need to up the fat, even more, pile on some mayo.

    Dinner: Kiolbassa Sausage. Pederson’s makes a great keto kiolbassas as they do not add any sugars to it. This brand also has other great selections of meat items.

    Cake Day

    Breakfast: 3 Eggs and 2 T butter. Then your favorite fats for your coffee or tea.

    Lunch: Egg Drop Soup. I make some beef or chicken broth then start to swirl in some whisked eggs. This is a great meal to prepare to get lots of salt in along with some volume to help you feel full.

    Dinner: Ground Beef pork rind nachos. Essentially make nachos as you normally would but use pork rinds for your chips.

    Snack: Chocolate Mug Cake, nearly 0 net carbs

    Flourless Waffle Day

    Have waffles for breakfast as normal waffles or use them as bread for a sandwich. 😉

    Breakfast: Flourless Waffles from Jumpn4Keto on IG.

    Lunch: Waffle sandwich with lunch meat. I know it sounds weird, but try it out. It can be like fried chicken and waffles. haha 🙂

    Dinner: Shrimp cooked in butter. Lots and lots of butter.

    Ice Cream for Dinner Day

    Breakfast: Eggs, sausage, and a fatty coffee

    Lunch: Salad with ground beef. I love ground beef and it packs a punch with nutrients. Toss on some cheese on this salad and drench it with some olive oil for the dressing. Olive oil has some great omega 9 fats.

    Dinner: Large portion of Deeper State Keto Chocolate Ice Cream. Leave it chocolate free and consume fewer carbs.

    Fat Bombs of Plenty Day

    Breakfast: Large fatty coffee

    Lunch: Get crazy and make some fat bombs as a meal or snacks throughout the day. A few of my favorites are Butter Pecan Fat Bomb, Coconut Cacao Butter Fat Bomb, and my Tiramisu Fat Bomb.

    Dinner: Chicken and Egg Salad. Doctor this up with lots of mayo and herbs.
