This is the keto camping meal plan that I personaly ate when I was on strict macros for a weight loss program. Feel free to change things up as needed.
Each day I provide the macros of the foods I choose.

7-Day Keto Camping Meal Plan
For all of my breakfasts, I will only have two tablespoons of butter in my coffee. We were at a state park with electricity, so I was able to use my blender. If I had no electricity, I would have used my battery frother.
We left in the afternoon on this day, so my breakfast was a little different.
Breakfast: 1 t of MCT oil, 2 T butter, 1 T heavy whipping cream.
Lunch: 8 links of Duke’s original smoked shorty sausages. I found these at Costco. 2 oz of Columbus Uncured Pork (salami and pepperoni).
Dinner: 1 Teton grass-fed beef polish sausage
Macros: Calories-1393 Fat-128 Protein-56 Carbs-10
Lunch: 4 oz turkey deli meat, 22g of Colby Jack cheese, 2 T of mayo
Dinner: Kirkland’s pre-formed hamburger, 22g of Cheddar Cheese, 1 T mayo
Snack: 2 links of Duke’s original smoked shorty sausages.
Macros: Calories-1243 Fat-112 Protein-63 Carbs-3
Lunch: Romaine leaves, 3 oz Havarti cheese, 4 slices of bacon, 1 t mayo.
Dinner: 2 Teton grass-fed beef polish sausages, 1 T mayo
Snacks: 2 links of Duke’s original smoked shorty sausages. 2 T heavy whipping cream.
Macros: Calories-1482 Fat-136 Protein-59 Carbs-6
Lunch: 2 oz roast beef deli meat, 2 oz Havarti cheese, 1 T mayo
Dinner: 2 large eggs, 1 T butter, 1 T heavy whipping cream, 2 Jones Dairy pork sausage patties, 4 slices of bacon
Macros: Calories-1288 Fat-117 Protein-59 Carbs-2
Lunch: 3 oz Turkey deli meat, 22g Colby Jack cheese, 2 T mayo
Dinner: 2 T butter, 170 grams No Name Steak
Snack: 4 T heavy whipping cream

Lunch: 1 dill pickle, 4 oz ham deli meat, 1 oz Havarti cheese, 2 oz cream cheese (Ham Roll-ups. I have a recipe here.)
Dinner: Kirkland’s pre-formed hamburger, 1 T butter, 22 g cheddar cheese, 1 T mayo
Snack: 2 T heavy whipping cream
Macros: Calories-1333 Fat-125 Protein-54 Carbs-7
Lunch: 1 T tzatziki Greek yogurt, 2 T mayo, 1/2 C cucumber, 4 oz roast beef deli meat, 2 oz Havarti cheese
Dinner: 1 Teton grass-fed beef polish sausages, 44 g Colby Jack cheese, 1 T mayo
Snack: 3 T heavy whipping cream
Macros: Calories-1416 Fat-131 Protein-58 Carbs-9
For the deli meats, I only used the Boar’s Head brand. The weird 22g of cheese portions were presliced cheeses from Fresh Thyme Farmers Market. For the mayo, I used Primal Kitchen’s avocado oil.

In case you are camping with others that are not keto, I wanted to provide some ideas that you pack for them that’s still healthy.
For breakfast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt with fruit and granola, and some toast. Man, that toast idea sounds great. In fact, you could premake some keto bread and do the same. How about my keto banana bread? Get some bread for those lunches with deli meat and cheese.
For dinners, bring some hot dog and hamburger buns along. Also, a great standby is bringing starchy veggies that you can put in some tin foil and cook over the fire. Such veggies could be, potatoes, carrots, or corn. Then toss in some low carb veggies that you love.
