Calling all tiramisu and browned buttered lovers! This recipe combines the two to create an easy buttered tiramisu fat bomb recipe. Imagine the taste of tiramisu but with a buttery flavor enhancer.

One aspect that makes this easy is that it only used two ingredients. Butter and special mascarpone cheese from BelGioioso Cheese.

    Difficulty Level

This buttered tiramisu fat bomb recipe only has 2 ingredients and is pretty darn easy to make.

However, there is one step that could be more difficult for some. This step would be where you brown the butter on the stovetop. Fear not, as I have directions below on how to make browned butter below.

    Browned Butter

Browned butter is truly a magical ingredient in my option that is. 😉

    How to Make Browned Butter

First, you start with a light colored pan and place the butter in the pan, on the stovetop. Having a light colored pan, helps you see the color change of the butter.  Second, place the heat on medium-low and swirl the butter as it melts. This helps to keep the heat evenly throughout.

A foam will form as the butter melts. The yellow color will become a golden tan to a toasty brown color. When you smell the nutty aroma, this is when you take the pan off the stovetop.

You will see milk solids at the bottom of the pan. Some people do not like these and some do. I personally love including these milk solids in my brown butter. The choice will be yours in your buttered tiramisu fat bombs.

    Bulk Batch Brown Butter

Did you know that you can make a larger quantity of brown butter and store it for later? You can freeze it in ice cube trays or keep it in the fridge for later use.

A few other ideas for Brown Butter

Use the butter for cookies, cakes, sauces or even ice cream. Buttered pecan ice cream anyone? I actually made a killer Butter Pecan Fat Bomb recipe from the browned butter.

    Mascarpone

The second ingredient is a mascarpone flavored like a tiramisu already. You should have seen me in the grocery store when I saw this. I was so ecstatic! I love mascarpone by itself but I also love tiramisu, it was one of my greatest finds ever. haha

Before I used this special tiramisu flavored mascarpone I created a tiramisu fat bomb recipe. Another recipe I made with mascarpone is my Peanut Butter Chocolate fat bombs.

    Mascarpone Nutrition

The nutrition label for this mascarpone shows zero carbs per serving. However, the ingredients show that there is some sugar in there. With this being the case, I calculated the nutrition with each serving of the mascarpone to have 0.4 grams of carbs to play it safe.

If you sadly can not find the tiramisu mascarpone, try making my tiramisu fat bomb recipe for flavored tiramisu mascarpone and use it for this one. Be fair warned, I have not tried this yet. So if you try it, let me know how it went.
