Parm Crisps

Parm Crisps were another popular brand that came out with cheese chips that are low in carbs. The main ingredient is parmesan cheese. Then additional seasonings are needed for each flavor. The Parmesan flavor only has the cheese in it though.
The top 3 flavors with the least amount of ingredients are parmesan, sesame, and jalapeno. Cheddar uses 2 types of cheese with cassava flour. Cheddar was the only one with this type of flour.
6 Flavors
- Parmesan
- Pizza
- Sour Cream & Onion
- Cheddar
- Jalapeno
- Sesame
Bunker Hill Cheese Crisps
1 serving (28.5g) provides 180 calories, 15g fat, 1g carb, 0g fiber, and 10g protein.
The first time I tried Bunker Hill's cheese crisps was at Keto Con in 2019 and I loved them. Just like the other brands of cheese chips, Bunker Hill uses mostly cheese and then spices and seasonings to get the flavors just right.

This is another company that makes cheese chips. They have other things as well though to easily get fats, like nut butter. Their crisps are mostly cheese. I was not able to find the nutrition label on their site or on Amazon for all of their flavors though.
5 Flavors
- Cheddar
- Tangy Sharp Cheddar
- Buffalo
- Garlic & Herb
- Salt & Vinegar

Real Ketones- Keto Protein Chips with MCT
1 bag (37g) provides 140 calories, 7g fat, 9g carbs, 5g fiber, and 12g protein. I think there are 2 servings per bag. Yet the image of the number of servings on Amazon of the bag is confusing.
The front of the bag says there is 1 net carb per bag, but when you look at the nutrition facts and the ingredients, it doesn't make sense that it would have 1 net carb. In fact, I don't trust the Nutrition Facts label at all with what else I see on there.

Quest Chips
1 bag (32g) provides 140 calories, 4.5g fat, 5 carbs, 1 fiber, and 19g protein.
Quest chips are my favorite brand of keto chips to purchase at the store. They are made with some, not to healthy ingredients, such as sunflower oil and corn starch. So they are not the healthiest option, but they are the best tasting in my opinion.
There are two types of protein chips, their original style, and their newer tortilla style. I have only seen their new tortilla-style chips in the stores to purchase. However, you can get their original style on their website.
Their tortilla chips make me feel like I'm having Doritos on keto. So in a sense, you can eat Doritos while eating keto. The chips are not as thick and strong as Doritos are, but they are pretty similar in my view.

Flock's chips are made from chicken skins and have either 0-1 total carbs per serving. The flavored chips have 1 carb and the original flavor has 0 carbs.
The 1 gram of carbs from the flavored skins are from seasonings you and I have in the kitchen. The Hattie's B flavor does use brown sugar though.
Flock does use soybean oil, which I try not to consume a lot of due to its higher omega-6 fat content. Omega 6 fat is fine but you don't want to consume too much (source).

- Original
- Hattie B's
- Cajun
GOODFISH Crispy Salmon Skin Chips
1 bag (215g) provides 80 calories, 4.5g fat, 0g carb, 0g fiber, and 10g protein.
These chips do taste like fish but a good salmon. The salmon is from "clean cold-water responsibly caught wild Alaskan Sockeye salmon (source)."
The main ingredients are wild salmon skin, organic palm oil, and sea salt.
4 Flavors
