Vanilla Sweet Cream at Starbucks
I called the Starbucks near me and asked what was in their sweet cream and the barista informed me that there is vanilla syrup, 2% milk, and heavy whipping cream. She also informed me that it's similar to half and half consistency.
This is also the same answer I got when I asked a former barista at Starbucks, Amanda on Tik Tok, this same question.
Amanda also let me know that the ratio of the liquids are 1/3 milk to 2/3 heavy cream.

Ordering Keto Sweet Cream Cold Brew at Starbucks
- You will want to ask for unsweetened almond milk in place of the 2% milk. Or you can have them use just heavy whipping cream.
- Ask for sugar-free vanilla syrup.
Recipe Sweetener Substitutions
The recipe has you using liquid monk fruit sweetener. However, there are other sweeteners that you can use to keep this sugar-free and keto at the same time.
Stevia Drops are just like liquid monk fruit but it’s stevia. Stevia Sweet Leaf has a bunch of flavors that you can use.
Erythritol is a good granular sugar alternative. I would use the powdered form to help avoid a gritty texture. I linked the Lakanto brand where there is some monk fruit mixed in.
Sugar-Free Syrup is what Starbucks uses. The top 3 brands you can choose from are Torani, Skinny Syrups, and DaVinci Gourmet.
