There are lots of peanut butter chocolate fat bomb recipes out there. I know. However, I really wanted to make a new one for myself. Therefore, you get the benefit also. 🙂 While I was experimenting one day I added butter, cream cheese, and mascarpone together. I loved it! Then I created this fat bomb a few days later.
Frozen Fudge Bars
Another idea for these bars would be to make them into frozen fudge bars. Get an ice cream mold and put the mixture into the molds you have. You can use ice cream molds or just get a cup and a stick of some sort and create your old molds.
To make it really easy in making sure the mixture if evenly in the molds, let the mixture sit out for a little bit or heat it up a tiny bit and then put it in the cup.
Also, once the mixture is in the cup, tap the cup to let it settle and get the air bubbles or spaces out. Stick it in the freezer and enjoy once frozen. 🙂
Tips
While I was taking photos of these, I soon learned that these get pretty melty quick. Luckily I took photos of these a while back because it's in the high 90s today if not the low 100s.
I would definitely store these in the fridge if not the freezer and don't let them sit out at room temperature. You normally wouldn't let fat bombs sit out for a while, but I still wanted to give you that warning. 🙂

This portion doesn't give you a lot of fat but I enjoy making smaller portions of fat bombs, so it feels like I get more. Also, this allows me to make it fit better in my daily fat macros if needed.
