    Chicken and Vegetables Sheet Pan

Making this meal plan will be really easy as lunch and dinner can be easily cooked in the oven. Heck, I’m pretty sure you could cook the sausage patties in the oven if you wanted to. The recipe for dinner is featuring Low Carb Yum’s Super Easy Sheet Pan Chicken with Vegetables Recipe. I used to make a chicken and vegetables sheet pan meals a lot before I went keto. I’m not quite sure why I stopped, but it’s definitely an easy meal to prepare and cook.

    Breakfast: Sausage Patties and Coffee

    Lunch: Chicken Thighs and Salad

Dinner: Super Easy Sheet Pan Chicken and Vegetables

Download the full Easy Sheet Pan Chicken with Vegetables plan here–> Super Easy Sheet Pan Chicken with Vegetables Meal Plan. In this meal plan I give the macros for each item listed, so you know exactly what I used and are able to adjust if needed.

Some Ways to Change the Macros

Fat: To add or subtract fat you can easily add more butter or oils, or you can just use less.

Protein: To adjust protein, change the type of chicken you cook. Choose chicken breast instead if you want more protein and less fat. Or you could do one thigh and one breast.  You can also have more or less in ounces of the meat protein that you choose.

Changing Fat and Protein: Feel free to add other foods to this plan. Heck, toss in some snacks if you need snacks. Eggs are an easy choice to add or even nuts. Please, just watch the carbs on the nuts.

For the non Ketoers in Your Life

Breakfast: Check out the Ezekiel brand for bread options for those that still eat carbs. I used to have this bread before I went low carb and then keto. You would find this brand in the frozen section. This brand as more than just bread slices now. Go check them out.

Lunch: Toss in some croutons in the salad, add some more carby vegetables, such as carrots.

Dinner: Dinner is even easier to add carbs. Cut up some potatoes or carrots to roast with the chicken.
