Beef Coconut Curry


  • 1 lbs Boneless Chuck Steak
  • 1.5 t curry ground seasoning
  • 1/8 t each of the following dried seasonings: cinnamon ginger, garlic, mustard
  • 1 t salt
  • 70 g onion a small onion
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 3 T Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 T olive or avocado oil to saute onions in
  • 1 can 13.5 oz Native Forest Unsweetened Organic Coconut Milk Lite (yes lite)


  • Put the coconut milk, coconut oil and spices into a blender. Then blend. :)
  • Cut up onions and saute with 1/2 T oil on the stove.
  • Cut steak into bite size pieces.
  • Grab a small crock pot and put everything in there.
  • Cook on low until steak reaches 145 F.
  • Enjoy over some shredded cabbage.
