Crushed Pork Rinds
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375F.
Separated the eggs and beat the whites until stiff peaks form.
Next crush your pork rinds into a find powder. ( I used a food processor )
Take the egg yolks and combine them with the ground meat. A food processor or blender also work here great.
Add in half the egg whites to the mixture and blend.
After blended together, remove from blender into a large bowl and fold in the rest of the egg whites. The batter will be lighter and bouncier.
Add in crushed pork rinds and FOLD in until batter starts to thicken.
Place in a loaf pan and bake at 375’F for 50-60 mins or until it starts to brown.
