  • Pre-heat oven to 375F.
  • Separated the eggs and beat the whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Next crush your pork rinds into a find powder. ( I used a food processor )
  • Take the egg yolks and combine them with the ground meat. A food processor or blender also work here great.
  • Add in half the egg whites to the mixture and blend.
  • After blended together, remove from blender into a large bowl and fold in the rest of the egg whites. The batter will be lighter and bouncier.
  • Add in crushed pork rinds and FOLD in until batter starts to thicken.
  • Place in a loaf pan and bake at 375’F for 50-60 mins or until it starts to brown.
