Ingredients

tbsp
coconut oil
1
pack of riced cauliflower
1
med size chicken thighs
sliced
1
hardboiled egg
1
ginger julienned
scallions for garnish
1
cup
chicken broth
2
tbsp
fish sauce
Instructions
Saute the chicken in the oil until brown
Add ginger, fish sauce, cauliflower and broth.
Bring to a boil.
Depending on how you like your cauliflower either let it turn into a risotto/ congee like texture letting it boil for a couple more minutes
