Keto Roasted Almonds: Peanut Butter and Cocoa
These keto roasted almonds have a great flavor of cocoa and peanut butter. They are great for an on the go snack or a party appetizer.

- 1/2 C Almonds
- 1 t Cocoa Powder
- 1 t Peanut Butter Powder
- 1.5 t Monk Fruit from Lankanto or 1/4 tsp solid pure monk fruit
- 1/4 t salt
Roast almonds at 300 F for 20 minutes
Combine everything else in a bowl and mix.
Once almonds are out of the oven, pour them into the bowl of dry ingredients.
Coat the almonds. Allowed the nuts to cool in the bowl.
Before serving, pour the nuts in a strainer to get the excesses powder off them.
Sprinkle more salt on top as needed.
